Funding Phase & Loyalty Program
We are excited to introduce our Loyalty Program, which will grant early adopters a special 5% allocation in the upcoming Bondi token generation event (TGE). Loyalty means a lot to us, and we are committed to rewarding our community, especially those who have been with us from the beginning.

At Bondi Finance, we’re building the future of bond investing, and we believe in recognizing those who help us pave the way. Our funding phases are designed to be fair, transparent, and rewarding for early participants.
For detailed parameters and mechanics of the funding phase, check out our Primary Market documentation.
Funding Phase: How It Works
1.Funding Phase(Orange):
- The Funding Contract is deployed, and users can commit funds.
- Participants "buy" at the Current Price of the bond (market price on the day of commitment).
- On top of this, users also pay Accrued Interest, which is calculated from the bond’s last coupon date to the end of the funding period.
2.Purchase Phase(Green):
- Once the Target Amount is reached, Bondi prepares to purchase the bonds in traditional markets.
- The final Realized Price (the price at which Bondi buys the bond) determines the actual Bond Tokens (BTs) minted and their final yield.
3.Minting Phase(Blue):
- After the bonds are purchased, the Minting Phase opens.
- Users can mint their Bond Tokens (BTs) through the User Dashboard, representing their proportional share of the bond offering.
Price Mechanics: Current Price vs Realized Price
- Current Price: The market price of the bond displayed on the day you commit funds during the Funding Phase.
- Accrued Interest: Added on top of the Current Price, covering the period from the bond’s last coupon date to the end of the funding period.
What This Means for Early Participants:
Accrued Interest is shared proportionally based on each participant’s investment.
However, those who commit funds earlier cover interest for the entire funding period, while later participants benefit equally but lock in their funds for a shorter duration.
To ensure fairness, Bondi introduces additional rewards, such as points and NFT recognition, to offset this imbalance for early adopters.
- Realized Price: The price at which Bondi purchases the bond from the broker.
- Final BTs and their yield are calculated based on this Realized Price.
This structure ensures Bondi is fully prepared for the bond purchase, balancing risk and fairness across all participants.
Loyalty Program: Recognizing Early Support
To reward participants for their trust and commitment, Bondi introduces two tiers of NFT recognition:
1.OG NFT:
- Every participant who joins the funding phase will receive an OG NFT as recognition of their early support
2.Whale NFT:
- Participants contributing $5,000 or more qualify for the exclusive Whale NFT.
Both NFTs symbolize your role in Bondi’s growth and serve as recognition of your participation during these early phases.
Your Path to Maximum Rewards
To maximize your loyalty rewards:
- Invest Early: Participate in our first Bond Token offering to earn OG and Whale NFTs.
- Go Big: Invest $5,000 or more to qualify as a Whale and secure the highest allocation.
